About Caracamp
1979 - 2009 Celebrating 30 years in Union Street
Caracamp is an independent,
specialist camping and caravanning accessory store that
first opened in the Peverell area of Plymouth in 1976.
It should be pointed out that it is NOT connected to any other shop/store that operates by the same name.
Realising that this shop wasn’t large enough, Caracamp moved to its current location in Union Street in 1979.
Along with the usual tents, furniture, Porta Potties, Aquarolls, etc., Caracamp is famous for keeping those little items that, although not impossible to obtain elsewhere, you thought you would never be able to replace whilst camping or caravanning.
As we like to say:
“When you need a thingy for your wotsit, then
Caracamp is the place to go.”
